For over twenty years Sharon Wenzel-Hemati has been a leader in domestic and international retail management with a focus on brick/mortar, digital platforms and omnichannel integration.
With her executive experience, Sharon has developed and lead stores nationwide with over 250 points of sale. She has implemented strategies that have built store fleets, significantly improved results and customer journey, connected brand vision to execution & efficiencies, and created new divisions in product assortment.
Her past includes working with iconic brands: Halston, Elie Tahari, Etsy, Herve Leger, BCBG, G-Star Raw, & Juicy Couture. In addition, she is a small business owner in the food & beverage industry owning a 3rdwave coffee shop in Santa Monica, California.
Sharon gained international experience as the Head of Retail for BCBG MaxAzria based in Paris, France.
Her goal is to build and change retail through data-driven efficiencies and insights to increase profit, enhance customer journey, build teams, & create products. She uses a collaborative and hands on approach to create dynamic retail experiences.
She has an active interest in several non-profit organizations including NKLA animal shelter & New York’s City Harvest.
Sharon holds a double bachelor degree in Accounting and Marketing from San Diego State University.
She has completed numerous executive leadership and sales management training programs during her career.
